Healing and Over healing

Heres a good thread explaining over healing and acceptable percentages...also what causes over healing and when over healing is good and not good Ill post more on this as i run across it

As you can see over heals are not bad especially if mana isnt an issue and over heals are to be expected with hots up etc....so i hope these sites find useful for understanding how heals work in raids.
